Refund policy

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you generally have the right to cancel your purchases and withdraw from this agreement without reason within a period of 14 days.


The cancellation period of 14 days is calculated from the day


a) where you or a person you have authorized to do so get physical possession of the goods, when it concerns the purchase of goods

b) where you or a person whom you have authorized to do so, gets physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for the purchase of several different products which have been ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.

Unless otherwise stated in the description of the event in question, you can cancel your registration and get the amount refunded, no later than 4 working days before the event takes place.


Please note, however, that many of the goods and services we sell are exempt from the right of withdrawal.


In general, this concerns:


Soap and care products as well as other goods which, for health and hygiene reasons, have been delivered sealed and where the seal/packaging has been broken,

Services in connection with leisure activities, including events, when it follows from the agreement on which date or within which specific period the service in question must be performed.

Other events that have been completed before the expiry of the cancellation period.

1. Use of the right of cancellation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or by e-mail). You contact us here:

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.


2. The consequences of canceling a purchase

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments that we have received from you in respect of the canceled purchase, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and under in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received your notification that you exercise the right of withdrawal, however, see further details below regarding the withdrawal of product purchases. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.


3. Especially regarding cancellation of product purchases

We can postpone the refund until we have received the goods back from you, which are covered by the canceled purchase, or you yourself have provided documentation that you have returned the goods to us, whichever occurs first.


You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have notified us that you exercise the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. You bear the risk for the goods until we have received them back.


You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods yourself.


We reserve the right to designate a form of return other than postal delivery in exchange for covering the additional cost.


You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than that which has been necessary for you to be able to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they function.


4. If there is something wrong with the product or service – Complaint

We always strive to deliver correct and defect-free goods and services.


Should you still receive a product or service that does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@aeroesoap.dk so that we can correct any errors.


There may be cases where we will ask you to return the defective item so that we can examine it and/or return it to our supplier. You are therefore asked not to discard defective goods or goods of poor quality, incl. the packaging until you have been in dialogue with us. We cover your costs for the return.


5. Complaints - Goods

The Sales Act's rules on defects apply. If you want to complain about a defect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Otherwise, you lose the right to claim the deficiency. In the case of complaints about food and beverages, we ask you to notify us within 5 days of receipt. Defects will be rectified by exchange or return of the purchase price.
